For Indian coir exporters

Export software for coir exporters

Coir ships by the container: bales and blocks sold by weight, packed by volume, with a fumigation certificate and the buyer’s EC and pH figures — and then payment, the RBI date and the eBRC. ExportEazy keeps all of it on the shipment and shows what is still open, and whose job it is.

Papers a shipment usually carries

These are the papers ExportEazy lists on a coir shipment for each market, including a fumigation certificate. Confirm the set with your buyer and CHA for each shipment.

Tests coir buyers commonly ask for

The tests ExportEazy’s lab-result form offers for coir. The figures come from your buyer’s specification and your lab.

  • Electrical conductivity (EC)

Usually set by the buyer’s specification — for growing media, the figure the buyer’s growers need.

  • pH

Usually set by the buyer’s specification — for growing media, the figure the buyer’s growers need.

Registrations and certificates

The Coir Board is the export promotion body for coir. Keep its registration, your IEC and GST registration, and any buyer certificates with their expiry dates; ExportEazy lists anything expiring on your dashboard from 60 days before.

  • Registration with the Coir Board (kept as your RCMC)
  • Your IEC and GST registration
  • Buyer or quality certificates you hold

One shipment, from order to closed

An example: coir pith blocks to a buyer in Rotterdam by sea. A shipment is closed when all seven of these are done.

  1. 1Goods. Blocks counted in bales, with 1 bale = 25 kg set once as the product’s unit rule, and the bales weighed as they are packed.
  2. 2Documents. Commercial invoice and packing list from what was packed; fumigation certificate and certificate of origin uploaded.
  3. 3Customs. Your CHA sends the Shipping Bill through a task link; the LEO date is recorded.
  4. 4Transport. A load plan for the container, the booking and cut-off, and the bill of lading number.
  5. 5Money. EUR payment against documents, the remittance matched to the invoice; the RBI realisation date counted from the Shipping Bill.
  6. 6eBRC. The remittance put into an eBRC request, prepared as DGFT’s bulk-upload file; the number recorded when issued.
  7. 7Incentives. RoDTEP estimated per line from the rate you record — in pilot — or marked not applicable.
