For Indian processed-food exporters
Export software for food exporters
A food shipment carries more than an invoice: batches and their lab reports, shelf life the buyer checks on arrival, a health certificate for some markets, registrations that expire — and then payment, the RBI date and the eBRC. ExportEazy keeps all of it on the shipment and shows what is still open, and whose job it is.

Papers a shipment usually carries
These are the papers ExportEazy lists on a processed-food shipment for each market; a health certificate is listed for the EU and UK. Confirm the set with your buyer and CHA for each shipment.

One shipment, from order to closed
An example: ready-to-eat snacks to a buyer in London. A shipment is closed when all seven of these are done.
- 1Goods. Two batches packed into cartons, each carton’s batch recorded, with best-before dates on the lots.
- 2Documents. Commercial invoice and packing list from the cartons; lab report per batch; health certificate and certificate of origin uploaded.
- 3Customs. Your CHA sends the Shipping Bill through a task link; the LEO date is recorded.
- 4Transport. Booking, cut-off and bill of lading number against the shipment.
- 5Money. GBP payment against documents, the remittance matched to the invoice; the RBI realisation date counted from the Shipping Bill.
- 6eBRC. The remittance put into an eBRC request, prepared as DGFT’s bulk-upload file; the number recorded when issued.
- 7Incentives. RoDTEP estimated per line from the rate you record — in pilot — or marked not applicable.
