No. A plan is priced per company, by the month or the year. Orders, proforma and commercial invoices, packing lists and recording payments are never counted against you.
Yes. Every new account gets 30 days of every Pro feature with no card, whichever plan you picked — or choose Free at signup to skip it. One trial per business (IEC or GSTIN). When it ends you choose a plan or carry on free; the Free plan has no time limit.
Without. 18% GST is added when you pay — Exporter is ₹3,538.82 a month with GST — and a GST invoice for every payment is on your Plan page.
No. You pay for each month or year at checkout, and pay again only when you choose. If a monthly plan is not renewed it runs to the end of what you paid for plus 7 days, then moves to Free. A yearly plan is reminded before it ends, has 14 days after, and is never moved to Free without a call from us. Your data is kept either way.
Free has 2 users, 10 buyers and 100 products. You can keep working with the ones you have; adding one more asks you to upgrade. The shipments figure on each plan is a guide, not a limit — nothing is ever refused for it. If a plan ends, anything over Free’s limits becomes read-only rather than deleted, and nothing on an open shipment is locked.
No. They get a link to one task — the Shipping Bill, a BL draft, a lab report — with no login and no seat. On every plan.
ExportEazy matches bank remittances to invoices and Shipping Bills and prepares the eBRC request as DGFT’s bulk-upload file (Exporter and Pro). You upload it on the DGFT portal and record the number when it is issued. There is no direct DGFT connection.
Yes. Exporter is ₹29,990 a year + GST (₹35,388.20) and Pro ₹79,990 + GST — 10 months’ price for 12. Any payment is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of paying.
